This red DIPA collab has been brewed in celebration of our good pals at Pellicle Magazine’s fifth birthday. It’s a wild combo of Cloudwater’s West Coast DIPA Crystallography and Elusive’s Double Sunset Oregon Trail, packed with classic North American hop varieties for a bitter citrus hit, and balanced with oodles of biscuity, sweet barley malt.
