Description
This rub, in a handy shaker, is the essence of smokey BBQ in a seasoning! Sweet and smokey, it’s ideal for wings, ribs, pork belly, seitan and drumsticks. Shake it all over your protein of choice the night before, then get it on the grill. It also makes an ace dust for chips, wedges or popcorn, or add it to chilli con carne or fajitas.
Store in a cool, dark place and ideally use within four weeks – ensure you reseal it asap after each use. The powder is very fine which means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc. (You can use your fingers to break up the clumps if needed.)
