Vengeful Spirit’s Sunshine Series explores bright, juicy tropical fruits which pair perfectly with hot peppers. Based on their flagship sauce, Sunshine on Leith, the sunshine series starts with a base of pineapple, mango and lime. It’s then remixed with a new fruit to create something completely different. For this iteration, they’ve taken a flight to Rio and added a ton of passion fruit which elevates the tropical flavours to a whole new level. It’s incredibly moreish, you’ll want to drink this one from the bottle.
Delicious on tacos, chicken, pizza and probably even ice cream.
Ingredients: Pineapple (45.9%), Passion Fruit (15.5%), Mango (12.4%), Apple Cider Vinegar (9.1%), Lime (6.1%), Ghost Pepper (4.3%), Orange Habanero (2.7%), Honey (2.6%), Garlic (1.5%)
Made in a kitchen which also handles celery, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans and nuts. Although great care has been taken, some trace amounts of the aforementioned allergens may be present.
