Description
This Double IPA is the first one brewed with Gipsy’s new ‘Verdant’ yeast strain. Citra and Mosaic combine to the tune of 30g p/l to churn out huge grapefruit and pineapple notes. The beer is exceptional. Jim, the head brewer, is super proud of it.
