Description
Last season’s Damson Saison was packed a couple of months ago, but the good folk at The Kernel ran more saison back onto the spent fruit for a second extraction. Then it was dry hopped with Citra. So the fruit character of the beer is lower, obviously, but the Citra compensates – aromatically it is amazing – completely pink guava. Colour is a little muted. Flavour light, refreshing halo of fruit and hops.
