Description
A special release from Boon – blended Geuze containing 90% three year old Lambic that has been aging in the brewery’s oldest foeder, Vat 79, which is now more than 130 years old. This is a wonderfully complex beer, its sour fruit characte offset by an earthy barnyard funk and light sweetness.
