Highlights Red Earth hops – ‘Australia’s answer to Saaz’ – offering white pepper, delicate spice and earthy notes alongside citrus and berry sweetness.
The latest in Tracks cultivate series, exploring three unique varieties of Australian-grown hops: Azure, Beedelup and Red Earth, courtesy of Ryefield Hops, a family hop farm in Bemboka, New South Wales. They’ve brewed three beers across different styles, each designed to showcase the distinctive characteristics of one of these hop varieties.
