Description
Perspektive Weiss N.V by Koppitsch is a natural wine made in Burgenland with Weissburgunder and a tiny splash of Chardonnay grapes, which features vibrant acidity and a salty approach. This is one of the more complex Koppitsch wines, and really is very good indeed!
Mild bitter and vegetal touches lift its presence, making ideal for summery afternoon and Asian food or salads. This new edition released in 2026 is a non-vintage wine, so we expect a blend of the 2024 and 2025. This wine will age remarkably well too, from our experience having tried older vintages like 2015!
