Description
Dessous de Table 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Catherine Riss, in the Alsace region in France. This white wine is made with Silvaner and Auxerrois grapes, and features a little reduction encouraging a 20 minute hard caraffe to find itself at first.
Then notes of green apples, wet pebble and citrus zest pop out in typical Alsace style. Super FRRRRESH!
