Senor Sparky Pet Nat is a natural wine crafted by Roca Viva, in the Andalusia region in Spain.
This sparkling Pet Nat wine is made with 100% Tempranillo grapes, and it features some residual sugar, so a little sweet. Don’t run away though, because this actually gives this sparkling more complexity, almost like some Anders Frederic Steen wines in style. Very cool indeed, especially with the notes of cherries and herbs.
