Andreas Ziniel’s Pet Nat is a sparkling natural wine crafted by young, energetic winemaker Andreas Ziniel, in the most south eastern part of Burgenland in Austria. This sparkling wine is made with 100% Sankt Laurent grapes, a grape dear to Andreas’ heart and one he feels is very underrated.
How does the Pet Nat from Andreas Ziniel taste?
Drinking this seperate bottling (Jan 2026) this pet nat is different to what it was before, with more savoury notes and slight briney note, almost cheesey in a good way
