Just the second vintage from Simon, and boy is it good. Mâcon is finally having its moment. Wasn’t much of a surprise when I found out he’s married to Jessica Litaud. The style here is a little different, cutting and fresher. Still ripe and orchard-y but with mineral tension for days. Unbelievably easy to delete a bottle. If you require hydration, look no further.
