Vibe: Natural, textural
Blockbuster. Crackles along, tigling in a sense but all enveloping. Hard to describe, but it’s kind of what you want really top end Sancerre to deliver, and then some. Exotically spiced, full fruited and incredibly mineral. This + bottling is really coming into it’s own after a short slumber in the cellar. ABV: 13%
