Proper ‘amber’ wine from Georgia but a lot more approchable than most. Rkatisiteli has 7 days of skins and then gets chucked into qvevri for a year to chill out. Super fresh acid but less fruit forward than you’d expect. We’re more in the dried fruit, herbal territory, some notes of chamomile too. If your looking for something that’ll be a bit more challenging, add this to your cart asap. ABV: 12.5%
