Description
Place: Alsace, France
Grape: Pinot Gris
Vibe: Textural
Pinot Gris done very very well. Fruit from the south and east side of Schoenenbourg Grand Cru, declassifed. Toffee apples, lemon and dried herbs. Rounded and dense on the palate with softer, but pleasing acidity. A crowd-pleaser, even the in-laws will be happy. ABV: 12%
