Vibe: Classic, textural
Defaix and Chablis. The dream team. Ultra-reliable and ultra-delicious, this is a textbook example of what good Chablis should be. It’s a wine that is shining now but also has the poise to age gracefully for a couple of years. A benchmark bottle for lovers of classic, mineral-driven white Burgundy. ABV: 12.5%
