Description
Place: Champagne, France
Grape: Pinot Noir + Chardonnay
Vibe: Classic
A true snapshot of the vintage and only made in exceptional years. V & S produce just one blend, drawn from Bertrand’s favorite barrels in the cellar. It’s vinous, deeply layered, and almost impossibly complex thanks to extended aging. Expect waves of tertiary character and savory, umami-rich notes. Large glasses, plenty of air, and marvel at how this one unfurls throughout a sitting. ABV: 12%
