Just the standard 33 months in barrel under flor before bottling. Somehow manages to keep a foot in both the opulent and mineral driven camps. A wash of toasty nuts and sun ripened fruits backed up but more nuts and a sprinkle of the finest sea salt. Cheese me. ABV: 15%
