Each grape is giving something different here – aromatics from the Cinsault, body from the Grenache, spice and depth from the Syrah and leatheriness from the Mourvèdre. A wine that proves that there’s a science to doing blends, if you know what you’re doing. A little wild and a lot expressive, you could chill this or room temp this, it’s versatile. ABV: 12.2%
