Description
Place: Alsace, France
Grape: Riesling
Vibe: Heady
Another stellar bottling from the experimental minds at O2Y. 100% Riesling sourced from Alsace, with 12 months ageing in old wood and 12 more months sleeping in bottle. This is a masterclass in aromatics, with citrus and grapefruit coming through strong alongside herbal undertones of anise and fennel. Everything these guys touch turns to gold. ABV: 12.6%
