Description
Place: Etna, Sicily, Italy
Grape: Field Blend
Vibe: Lively
Another beautiful blend from Sonia, who has quickly become one of our favourite winemakers on Etna. This is a ridiculously good Rosato from the highest plots she lovingly tends. Freshness is off the charts. A bit of bâtonnage helps soften things, leaving us with a textured wine full of pomegranate, florals, and hints of herbs. ABV: 11.5%
