Seven Crofts Dry Gin

Seven Crofts Dry Gin – 70cl, 43% vol.

A signature expression for the company and a classic London dry gin.

The Highland Liquor Co. has grown from the village of Ullapool just as the village grew from the 1788 fishing station planned on the shores of Loch Broom.

Back in 1791, the pioneering settlers of Ullapool embarked on a journey to establish their village, driven by a shared ambition for growth and prosperity. Today, this spirit of determination lives on in the vibrant community of Ullapool.

Embodying this legacy of innovation and enterprise, The Highland Liquor Co. crafts exceptional handmade spirits in the rugged landscapes of the North West Highlands. Among their distinguished creations is Seven Crofts Gin, the highly anticipated flagship release from the distillery.

Inspired by a series of experimental gins, the distillery team meticulously combined their favourite flavour profiles to create Seven Crofts Gin. Bold and zesty, with a captivating blend of spicy and aromatic notes, this gin captures the essence of the North West Highlands, delivering a warm and distinctive taste experience that honours the pioneering spirit of its namesake village.
