Ailein Mor Single Malt Whisky

Description

Ailein Mor Single Malt Whisky – A Highland Whisky with a Bold New Character

A Highland single malt with heightened complexity and rich character.

Ailein Mor Single Malt Whisky, bottled at a robust 43% ABV, is a Highland Whisky that showcases our exclusive bottling’s evolution. Moving into a richer, more complex single malt experience. The previous edition, a Silver Medal winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2014, returns with a bolder character and enhanced flavours, thanks to this higher strength bottling. With Ailein Mor, expect a journey into the heart of the Highlands.

On the nose, rich oak spice emerges, layered with hints of cloves, coffee bean, and a delicate vegetal undertone. Akin to stepping into a cosy Highland home. Spiced coffee and warmth greet you.

Then palate brings forth sweet spice, dried fruits, and a whisper of vanilla. Evolving with deeper notes of raisins, dates, malt sugar, and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is long, sweet, and accented by a refreshing hint of orange peel.

Ailein Mor Single Malt Whisky is perfect for those who love Highland Whisky with a deeper, spiced profile, offering a richer sip to savour.
