Description
Soto, meaning ‘outside’ in Japanese, draws inspiration from nature and aims to recreate the balance between the elements. Using the highest quality rice, and clear mountain water from the Niigata prefecture, Soto has created a delicate, smooth sake with elegant floral aromas and an earthy palate with plenty of umami.

Product Description
Say hello to Soto Sake, with Soto meaning ‘Outside’ in Japanese, it’s suitably inspired by the natural world. It blends together finely polished rice along with mountain water from the Niigata prefecture for a crisp, subtly fruity sake. We’re big fans of the bold, modern bottle too, and it’s even topped with a square of black Japanese denim.
