‘First in a new series of single hopped American Pale Ales! Final Boss Simcoe has been hopped with four different Simcoe products. We used whole cone in the kettle, DynaBoost in the whirlpool, Cryo as a dry hop then liquid HyperBoost during cold conditioning. A real showcase of this wonderfully piney hop!’
