Taking inspiration from the gardens of Babylonstoren, we’ve created our own ode to this ideal in a wine that celebrates seasonality, zeal and a determined lust for life.
This blend showcases the versatility of the white cultivars grown on Babylonstoren, consisting of 36% chardonnay, 25% sémillon, 16.5% chenin blanc,12.5% roussanne and 10% viognier.
