STOKE RED CIDER (750ml) 5.2%

A varietal blend of Stoke Red with a small amount of Michelin to soften up the acidity. Fermented and matured in second fill Irish whisky barrels, this gives a very apple forward, fruit filled medium sparkling apple cider at 5.2%. This is the follow on to the Yarlington Mill which has sold out.
