Description
Uisge Lusach Gin – 70cl, 40% vol.
Distilled on the Isle of Skye we handcraft Uisge Lusach using a traditional copper pot still that began life as an illicit whisky still, and in 2017 was given a new lease of life: vapour infusing our gin, inspiring Uisge Lusach’s well rounded aromatics and refined rich texture.
Experience the harmonious blend of botanicals in Uisge Lusach Gin, featuring juniper, lemon peel, and cardamom. Our unique process involves vapour-infusing these botanicals, resulting in a gin that is equally enjoyable over ice or as a base for your favourite cocktails. This meticulous method ensures a balanced and vibrant flavour profile, making Uisge Lusach Gin a versatile and delightful addition to any occasion.
