Description
Place: Auvergne, France
Grape: Cinsault
Vibe: Zippy
Light and bright! Young vines from Le Mazel that is foot crushed and gently macerated for about a week. Purple florals and plenty of plums, this is really sanguine and silky. It’s good chilled and evolves as it warms up. So damn tasty. ABV: 12%
