Description
Place: Burgundy, France
Grape: Pinot Noir
Vibe: Tasty
Maturing Bourgogne Rouge that proves more hands-off wines can still benefit from a short snooze in the cellar. The fruit is still vibrant but is softening nicely, revealing a medley of herbs and subtle spice. Lovely work from AMI as usual. ABV: 12.5%
