Description
Place: Burgundy, France
Grape: Gamay + Aligoté
Vibe: Blouge
Blouge AKA Red and white, co-fermented for maximum drinkin’ pleasure. Plenty of class still shines through even if this is just the ‘entry point’ into the delicate house style. You can go hard on this now whilst the rest of the range matures slowly. ABV: 12%
