Description
Place: Burgundy, France
Grape: Chardonnay
Vibe: Natural, lighter
Basket pressed, settled overnight and decanted, with the lees kept separately for future use if needed. Aged 24 months in used barrels, the long elevage is a trick Basti learnt from mentor Mr Ganevat. Flinty at first, then fleshy. Basti might be known for his reds, but he also excels with whites, this being a delicious case in point example. ABV: 12.5%
