Description
Place: Loire, France
Grape: Chenin Blanc
Vibe: Natural, textural
The baby Chenin, which is hugely misleading considering the depth and quality achieved. It should send shivers down your spine in anticipation of some of his big daddy wines. This has all that beautiful smoke-like reduction upon opening, blowing off to show a bucketload of bruised apple and spice-laden aromatics. So salivating you’ll need a tissue. ABV: 12.5%
