Romorantin is my latest obsession. An old Loire variety that has been steadily gaining attention in natural wine circles. I can see why. This is damn good. Floral, nutty, herbal, and intensely mineral. Everything you could want in a white wine. There is so much waiting to unfurl here. Take your time and enjoy the ride. ABV: 12%
