Description
Nobody’s Fault But Wine 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Cave Aux Fioles, in the Roussillon region in France. This orange wine is made with 80% Grenache Blanc and 20% Macabeu grapes. The Grenache Blanc is destemmed, while the Macabeu is kept as whole bunches; both undergo around one week of maceration before being pressed manually in a vertical wooden press. Bottled in April, without filtration or added inputs.
Expect some tangy touches alongside mildly grippy tannins, tangerine and cooked apricots
