Description
Place: Umbria, Italy
Grape: Ciliegolo, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo di Guglio
Vibe: Potentially Fizzy but in a good way
Spritzy Ripasso isn’t something I thought we’d ever see, but here we are. 2023 juice with the skins of the following vintage passed through to bring a bit of freshness prior to the refermentation. There’s tonic like quality here, in a digestive sense. It’s crying out for cured meats and smoked goods with it’s alpine herbal edge and vaguely medicinal vibe. ABV: 12%
