Rose N41 2017 by Clos Lentiscus is a sparkling Rosé, made in the traditional method similar to Cava, made in Catalonia with Carignan grapes. Clos Lentiscus is run by Manuel Aviñó, who is known to his friends and the natural wine scene as ‘the bubble man’, for his love of fizz!
Here in this delightful Rosé 41 by Clos Lentiscus, there is a lovely MINI touch of residual sugar that adds complexity, with notes of sultanas, honey, orange, and umami touches alongside a slight sea breeze. Super nice for those who want some complexity
