Made with homemade fresh rhubarb syrup, this is tart, acidic, sweet and refreshing all at once. Immediately upon cracking open you’ll find aromas of Eton mess, hedgerow berries and rich apple turnover. Coming through on the palate you have sharp rhubarb, strawberry sweets and a lick of vanilla. Delicious!
