Description
Place: Loire, France
Grape: Grolleau
Vibe: Elite
Top Grolleau showing us that the grape can achieve greatness when treated with intention and care in the cellar. Cruchiest of the range with just enough wild barrel spice. There is a little brett that for once actually adds complexity rather than turning things feral. This next to a roaring fire will take some beating. ABV: 12.5%
