Description
Place: Savoie, France
Grape: 90% Jacquere + Altesse
Vibe: Layered
This is an ultra-pure aperitif! It’s fresh and crunchy, with lots of green orchard fruit and white florals, the small touch of Altesse adding a bit of brioche, body and creamy texture. Bone dry, really fine bubbles, long finish that is saline and herbal. Zero adds. This is unreal. My new go to fizz for daily drinking. I don’t think there is much better at this level.
