Fruit from a mix of sites planted on a mix of soils for a mix of years. Everything fermented as bunches then matured in used oak before bottling. Tension, tension, tension. I really liked this. Tightly wound red fruits slowly revealing themselves, and that cooling, effortless acid line. ABV: 13%
