‘bottling date: 12/12/2019 This specific Framboos has a final fruit intensity of 310 grams of raspberries per litre of finished Framboos. The lambikken used come from three barrels and six different brews. We used a bit of our own lambik wort to start the fermentation in the bottle. NL 3 Fonteinen Framboos is de trage maceratie van handgeplukte volle frambozen op traditionele lambik. Zonder toegevoegde sappen, siropen of zoetstoffen. Ongefilterd. Ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Framboos est la lente macération de framboises entières, cueillies à la main , dans du lambic traditionnel. Sans jus, sirops ou édulcorants ajoutés. Non filtré. Non pasteurisé. EN 3 Fonteinen Framboos is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole raspberries on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered.
