Clare Valley Rizza given the full Stevenson treatment. Usually, we’re talking crisp and water-weight but not here. Frederick’s gone for a slow, oxidative press, then left it well alone. Zero mucking about aside from a tiny splash of SO₂. It’s more textured, but still laced with that signature limey fruit. A love letter to Riesling than nods to both the Rheinhessen and the Clare Valley. ABV: 12%
