Description
Hiraeth (“here-eyeth”): “A deep longing for something, especially one’s home”
Crafted with heather honey from Welsh hillsides and mountains, this dry mead embodies the untamed spirit of Wales. Heady floral aromas give way to a crisp bright finish. Take a sip and imagine yourself on the mountain slopes, immersed in the rugged beauty of the Welsh landscape.
This mead is for those who love a dry drink, with no residual sweetness – like a dry white wine, but with wonderful floral heather notes.
