Description
Drawing inspiration from historic Mild recipes this brew uses heritage Maris Otter malted barley and whole-flower old varieties of hops. Just how they would have been brewed way back when. The result is refreshing and comforting, just enough bitterness to balance, and perfectly naturally conditioned.
Ingredients: Heritage malted barley, UK hops. Regeneratively grown YQ wheat, expressive yeasts, Cornish water.
