Pineau d’Aunis, I’m a big fan. Very much one for now whilst the others rest, you know? Spice-laden, with admirable lift and plenty of sour fruit. A prime example of the harmony achieved between producer and variety on show here, they just know what they’re doing. This is my fav bottle yet, the cool vintage bringing’ immense freshness. Serve chilled. ABV: 11%
