Production details of Bambule Blaufrankisch: Bambule Blaufränkisch is 100% Blaufränkisch from Judith Beck’s premium Bambule range in Gols, Burgenland, Austria. Judith has farmed using a lunar-calendar approach since 2007. The Bambule wines come from her best plots and ferment with no added sulphur.
Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Bambule Blaufrankisch by Judith Beck, but we hear it has notes of blackberry, black cherry, leather, dried tobacco and a touch of liquorice.
