Description
Place: Dorset, England
Grape: Chardonnay
Vibe: Saline
Corallian is the estate’s Chard dominant blend taking its name from the coral-rich limestone soils present in the vineyard. This is at once linear and full of salinity whilst still leaning into the rich, lightly oxidative house style. Bruised apples, dough and a long creamy finish. ABV: 12%
