Grape: Moscato Giallo + Procanico
Vibe: Pét Nat + Friends
Seems a bit off to label this, and the rosato version, as Pét-Nat, even though that’s what they are. A touch more effort goes into this than most. Mostly Moscato Giallo, 12 months on the lees and 18 months in bottle before release. Plenty going on here, backed up by a throbbing acid line and pleasantly bitter edge. Yummy. Food worthy. ABV: 11.5%
