Description

This modern technique has been chosen because it allows the removal of alcohol under extremely low pressure and temperature (around 30°C). No flavours will be lost through the treatment of the wine through the dealcoholisation process.
EINS-ZWEI-ZERO Sparkling Rosé is highly recommended to pair with with vegetable dishes and light salads. A perfect apertif on its own.
